I started to play Maple story the other day, Nexons popular 2D adventure game, and I have to admit I was very impressed.  When I first saw this 2D cartoon looking type game I figured it was not going to be very interesting becasue it seemed like it was a game designed more for the younger gaming audience, but I was very much wrong.  There were quite a few things I really enjoyed about Maple Story.  One of them was the game UI, it was very easy to understand and navigate through the game with it. The graphics I felt were also very appleaing considering it is only a 2D game.  You start off in the world of Maple Story by designing the look of your character.  After you have designed your character your start off at Maple Island where you will learn from the NPC’s simple hunting skills and basic controls that will  help you ease into the game. Then, you’ll board the ship that heads to Victoria Island, and that’s where your journey REALLY begins.  Now you must make the most important decesion you will ever make in Maple Story and that is which of the 5 classes you are going to choose to be.  You can pick from Warrior, Magician, Bowman, Thief, and Pirate.  I decided to go with the Bowman becasue he seemed the most badass in my opinion.  Once you have your class its time to go out and start  your own adventure in the world of Maple Story.  Im sure some of you are dieing to start playing now so go to http://maplestory.nexon.net/WZ.ASPX?PART=/Main and get started.
